Terms & Conditions
Summary
Lessons with Steiner Ranch Tennis are only available to Steiner Ranch residents in good standing with the HOA.
By accessing the Steiner Ranch Tennis website, registering online or participating in tennis lessons with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
These terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes are made means you accept the updated terms.
These terms apply to all adult and junior participants.
Payments & Refunds
Lesson bookings are confirmed subject to coach availability and court access. Full payment is required within 2 weeks of the start of a session, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to Lori Cusano. Late cancellations and missed lessons may be charged in full.
We may need to cancel or reschedule lessons due to weather, coach availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to offer a replacement lesson or alternative arrangement.
Code of Conduct
All players, parents and guests are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches and other participants and to follow all facility rules, safety guidelines and coach instructions.
We reserve the right to stop a lesson or remove any participant if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that junior participants are dropped off and picked up on time.
Assumption of Risk
For junior players, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for participation.
Participation in tennis, fitness training and related activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By participating, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with these activities.
